We’re not “hired guns” working on fee contract to design and disappear. We are world-class designers, but also so much more. We are part of the team from Day One, and work closely with our partners and customers to coordinate, deliver, and support the whole project, even after occupancy.

Real Estate & Finance

Our experienced architects and jurisdictional development experts work closely with our real estate partners to evaluate acquisition candidate properties for viability against proposed budget and construction models to find exactly the right site for our customers’ projects before we start design.

Our integral approach and contribution at the earliest stages of a home project in real estate feasibility and acquisition/selection brings a high level of confidence to scoping and budgeting before any money is spent or any agreements signed.

Our feasibility analysis and design scoping collateral covers a broad spectrum of critical project components beyond simple building location and configuration, and is a key element in getting project financing structures in place early and securely.

Design & Engineering

Design is at the heart of everything we do, leveraging creativity and technical expertise to deliver unique, compelling, award-winning homes on time and in budget. We work in close partnership with engineering disciplines, both in-house and outside teams, to turn those designs into practical reality.

Procurement

Accurate, up-to-date pricing and sourcing is critical during project scoping, design, and mobilization. Our advanced tools and single-source-of-truth approach to design and BIM integration allows our partners in estimating and procurement to get out ahead of supply chain and price escalation issues to maintain budgets and schedules.

Construction

Being an integral part of the development team means close partnering with construction operations through the entire project lifecycle, starting in design and continuous to completion. We optimize our design and detailing approach to work with construction sequencing and methods. Unlike consultant architects, we’re not afraid to get into the nuts and bolts of construction means and methods to make sure we all deliver quality at cost.

Warranty Services

Our support for our work doesn’t stop when our customers move in. We work closely with warranty services and post-occupancy support to make sure satisfaction remains high and we maintain a commitment to continual improvement.
